Warranty & Remedy Flo-Torq Hydraulics warrants its products for a period of one (1) year after date of purchase (date of shipment or date of invoice whichever occurred first) as being free of defective materials and/or faulty workmanship. The standard product warranty applies unless agreed otherwise in writing; please consult your local sales office for specific warranty details. If warranted goods are returned to Flo-Torq Hydraulics during the period of coverage, Flo-Torq will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, those items it finds defective.
The forgoing is the buyer’s sole remedy and is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Flo-Torq Hydraulics be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages. While we provide application assistance personally, through our literature and the Flo-Torq Hydraulics web site, it is up to the customer to determine the suitability of the product selected for use in the application. Specifications may change without notice. The information we supply is believed to be as reliable as of this printing. However, we assume no responsibility for its use. In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, the requestor must obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number by contacting Flo-Torq Hydraulics at email@example.com or by calling 713.635.6331 prior to shipping the item. Flo-Torq Hydraulics will repair or replace items found defective in materials and/or workmanship and return the unit prepaid by ground shipment to the customer. In the event the unit is not found to have a defect, the customer will be contacted and the goods may be scrapped or returned freight collect at the customer’s discretion.
